ABOUT PEAR WINE
This exquisite fruit wine joined our Fruwi family in october 2019. Even then as a newborn child, it won our hearts with its intoxicating pear aroma. With the first sip, you will experience the pleasing taste similar to the classic white wine but just a few seconds later, you will be astonished at the symphony of sweet pear flavour. It feels like a mouthful of juicy pears, only better.
HOW TO DRINK PEAR WINE
Drink it ice cold for the most enjoyment. You can drink it as an aperitif to prepare your taste buds for a lovely lunch or dinner. But it serves just as well as a digestif after a heavy meal.
You can refuse a dessert and replace it with a glass of pear wine. With high sugar content it works well as a substitute for chocolates. It is believed that it gets even sweeter the next day when you leave the bottle opened. But there is no historical evidence of anyone leaving the bottle of our pear wine unfinished, ever. So it is just an assumption.
When the outdoor temperature drops below 0 °C it only means one thing: It’s a mulled wine season! Heat the pear wine up to 60 °C (and don’t you dare to kill it by boiling it!) and the smoothest and fullest hot beverage is created. No additional spices needed, nor recommended. Its natural sweetness should prevent you from adding any more sugar.
FRUIT WINE AND FOOD PAIRING
The pear wine pairs well with almost every possible meal, except for spicy food. We recommend pairing it with cheese, nuts, pasta dishes, fish and sushi. If you feel like trying something new in the kitchen, you can try cooking or baking with it. And do not forget to pour yourself a glass. You deserve one. Or two.
Our pear wine is most comfortable in a cool, dry, dark place. It hates direct sunlight, just like vampires. It will survive in your fridge several days after the grand opening, but we strongly recommend drinking it immediately because, you know, YOLO.
We use the good quality cork to keep the genie in the bottle. Therefore it will survive up to 12 months in your storage room. But do not keep him in there for that long or he will get bored.
