ABOUT ELDERFLOWER WINE
We follow our secret recipe using the flower of elderberry to produce this original alcoholic beverage. With the first sip, you will experience the pleasing taste similar to the classic white wine but just a few seconds later, you will be astonished at the symphony of sweet elderflower flavours.
HOW TO DRINK ELDERFLOWER WINE
Drink it ice cold for the most enjoyment. You can drink it as an aperitif to prepare your taste buds for a lovely lunch or dinner. But it serves just as well as a digestif after a heavy meal. You can refuse a dessert and replace it with a glass of elderflower wine.
The possibilities are limitless when it comes to drinking this divine nectar. When accompanied with few ice cubes it becomes a great buddy for hot summer days. You can even secretly spike your lemonade with elderflower wine. Served in chilled glasses with sparkling water and lemon it will become the hero of your barbecue party.
When heated to 60 °C (and don’t you dare to kill it by boiling it!) the smoothest and fullest mulled wine is created. No additional spices needed, nor recommended.
Our elderflower wine is most comfortable in a cool, dry, dark place. It hates direct sunlight, just like vampires. Not suitable for cellaring. It will survive in your fridge several days after the grand opening, but we strongly recommend drinking it immediately because, you know, YOLO.
We use the good quality cork to keep the genie in the bottle. Therefore it will survive up to 12 months in your storage room. But do not keep him in there for that long or he will get bored.
