ABOUT BLUEBERRY WINE
The secret of the exceptional taste of our blueberry wine is to let the blueberries freeze first. (Oh, great, we told you. So now it is not a secret anymore.) Thanks to this process our blueberry wine has higher sugar content and authentic fruity aroma. Due to the full and rich flavour it is recommended to sip it pretentiously, not to pour it to your mouth directly from the bottle.
HOW TO DRINK BLUEBERRY WINE
The possibilities are limitless when it comes to drinking this divine nectar. We personally love to:
- have a glass after lunch as a dessert
- have a glass just before we go to bed (for sweet dreams)
- have a glass when relaxing by the pool
- have a glass when it is freezing outside
- have a glass whenever
When accompanied with few ice cubes it becomes a great buddy for hot summer days. When heated to 60 °C (and don’t you dare to kill it by boiling it!) the smoothest and fullest mulled wine is created. No additional spices needed, nor recommended.
FRUIT WINE AND FOOD PAIRING
The blueberry wine pairs well with red meat (especially beef steaks), emmental cheese, fish and cheesecake. It elevates your dinner to another level.
Our blueberry wine is most comfortable in a cool, dry, dark place. It hates direct sunlight, just like vampires. It will survive in your fridge several days after the grand opening, but we strongly recommend drinking it immediately because, you know, YOLO.
We use the good quality cork to keep the genie in the bottle. Therefore it will survive up to 12 months in your storage room. But do not keep him in there for that long or he will get bored.
